Popular Honeymoon Destinations
All destinations have a peak
or "high" season, as well as a "low" season. Skiers flock to Aspen in
winter, where visitors are scarcer in summer. Alaska is popular in summer, when warmer weather makes it easier to get around.
For most people, some destinations are way too hot, or too cold, or too
something in their low season. But plenty of places are perfectly
charming at a non-peak time.
Traveling in the low season usually
brings transportation and hotel bargains. Consider spring or fall in a mountain town
like Aspen, when you can hike, bike, swim, and more in a gorgeous mountain location.
Or Paris in winter (it's cold, sure, but still magical and with far fewer
